Erich Wu

Erich Wu has over six years of experience in software development and IT support. Erich began their career in 2015 at Unconfusing Technology, where they worked as a Software Developer and IT Provider. During their time there, they designed and implemented personalized front-end applications and provided IT support to numerous local businesses. In 2017, Erich joined TicketBiscuit as a Software Developer, contributing to the development of new features and maintaining legacy code. Erich also worked with a small Agile development team using scrum. In 2018, Erich transitioned to Ingenuity, Inc. as a Software Developer, where they rapidly redesigned a legacy web application and developed custom data reports for clients. Erich also implemented routines for importing and converting data models. Later in 2018, they joined StateServ as a Senior Software Engineer.

Erich Wu obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Auburn University from 2012 to 2017. In January 2022, Erich Wu also obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
