Romy Hatfield

Romy Hatfield has over 12 years of experience in the gaming industry. From 2021 to present, they have been the Director Of Partnerships and Partnerships Manager at Statespace. From 2009 to 2021, they were employed at Valve Corporation, where they held various roles, including Steam Business Development Manager, Event Manager (Corporate, Esports, etc.), and Customer Service and Localization Specialist. As Steam Business Development Manager, they maintained and grew relationships with Steam platform partners and oversaw marketing and special promotions projects, as well as managing the growth and development of the Steam Gift Card Program. As Customer Service and Localization Specialist, they managed German customer care for Valve's Steam Gaming Platform and localized and managed external localizers for game, game description, marketing, and web content translations.
