Kim Lanius

Kim Lanius is a seasoned mortgage loan originator with extensive experience in the mortgage lending industry. Currently serving at Statewide Mortgage LLC since July 2014, Kim previously held similar roles at Synovus Mortgage Corp from December 2011 to June 2014 and at First Peoples Bank in Pine Mountain from September 1998 to June 2011. Education credentials include attendance at West Georgia Technical College and graduation from Troup High School in 1983.
