Niall Gillen

Niall Gillen currently serves as the Vice President of Traffic Operations at Community Tree Service, LLC, starting in August 2024. Previously, Niall held the position of Southern California Area Operations Manager at AWP Safety, managing top branches and overseeing P&L responsibilities. As Director of Operations at Propel Fuels, Niall supervised over 30 renewable fuel stations in California, implemented a successful program to reduce regulatory violations, and managed contract negotiations and customer service operations. Niall's career also includes roles as Regional Manager at rePlanet Recycling and Regional Operations Manager at Retail Store Services, where management of multi-site operations and personnel compliance were key responsibilities. Niall earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Phoenix between 2012 and 2015.
