Felix Hock

Felix Hock has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Felix started their career in 2003 as an Editor with Euvia Travel GmbH/sonnenklar.TV and worked there until 2006. Felix then joined ZDF as a TV Production Manager from 2007 to 2010. In 2011, Felix worked as a Consultant/Team Lead Digital at Quinkert & Esser Executive Search GmbH until 2014. Felix then moved on to Bigpoint GmbH as a Senior Recruiter in 2014 and worked until 2015. From 2016 to the present, Felix has been associated with Statista, initially as a Senior Recruiting Manager from 2016 to 2017, then as Head of Talent Acquisition from 2018 to 2021, and currently as the Director of Talent Acquisition. In their current role, Felix is responsible for leading a team of 15 Recruiters and Employer Branding Experts at Statista and played a crucial role in scaling up the company's team from 230 employees to 1400 across twelve offices worldwide, with a focus on recruiting for Sales, IT, and R&A Executives and Experts.

Felix Hock has a degree in Magister Artium from Leuphana University of Lüneburg, where they studied BWL / Kommunikation. Felix also attended Höhere Berufsfachschule Medien and obtained a degree as a Staatlich geprüfter Medienassistent, focusing on Kommunikationstechnik, Print- & Non-Print Design. Additionally, Felix Hock completed the Cisco Networking Academy and received certification as a Cisco Certified Network Associate.
