Joseph Doubleday's work experience includes a variety of roles and positions. In 2008, they worked as a Package Handler at UPS and also started their career as a Jazz Musician as a Freelance Musician/Private Instructor. In 2009, they briefly worked as a Sales Associate at Walmart.

From 2013 to 2017, Joseph worked at The Juilliard School as a Group Leader, where they managed and performed live music for corporate events, acting as a liaison between the ensemble, clients, and the school.

Joseph Doubleday began their education in 2008 at Oklahoma City University, where they studied Percussion Performance and Music Education. Joseph attended the university until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, Doubleday pursued a Bachelor of Music degree in Vibraphone Performance at Berklee College of Music. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to attend The Juilliard School from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a Master of Music degree in Jazz Studies. Most recently, in 2020 to 2021, Doubleday attended Fullstack Academy and earned a Certificate in Cybersecurity Immersive.
