Martin Salemke

Martin Salemke has a diverse work history that spans multiple industries and roles. Martin began their career as a Finanzcontroller at Oskar Wehr in 2014 before taking a break to travel and work in Australia from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Service Angestellter at Autohaus Kuhn & Witte. The following year, they gained experience in hotel and restaurant management at Hotel Monsig. In 2017, they joined VTG AG as a Kaufmännische Aushilfe. Since 2018, Martin has been working at Statista, starting as a Junior HR Manager and progressing to roles including HR Manager (Compensation & Benefits), Senior HR Manager (Compensation & Benefits), and Senior International Recruiter. Currently, they hold the position of Team Lead IT Recruitment.

Martin Salemke began their education journey in 2011 at Oskar Wehr, where they pursued a degree in Trampschifffahrt and successfully completed their studies in 2014. Martin then went on to Hochschule Fresenius in 2017, where they engaged in a four-year program and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie, specializing in berufsbegleitend. Martin continued their educational pursuits at the same institution, Hochschule Fresenius, in 2021 and concluded their studies in 2022, obtaining certification as a Mediator.
