Wenchong Z. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Wenchong started their career as an HR Administrator at ST Microelectronics in February 2011. Wenchong then moved to Verizon Enterprise Solutions, where they held several roles, including Senior Technical Support Engineer from November 2011 to March 2015, Customer Service Advocate from April 2015 to November 2017, and Client Success Manager from November 2017 to July 2019. Wenchong Z. then joined NTT Ltd. as a Customer Success Manager from July 2019 to May 2020. Currently, they are working at Statista, where they have progressively moved up the ranks, starting as an Engagement Manager from June 2020 to January 2022. Wenchong then served as a Senior Engagement Manager from January 2022 to January 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Client Success Manager, starting in January 2023.

Wenchong Z. has a diverse education background. Wenchong obtained a graduate diploma in Management from the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) starting from 2022.
