Nathalie Kothai has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nathalie began their career in 2006 as a Data Editor at Global Sports Media, where they worked until 2012. During this time, they also had an internship at Bosma c.s. Advocaten, where they gained experience in criminal law and legal document preparation. In 2009, Nathalie played as a semi-professional football player for the women's team at sc Heerenveen. Nathalie then joined Perform Group in 2014, initially as a Fixture Manager before progressing to roles as a Base Data Manager, Live Data Process Manager, and finally Base & Live Data Process Manager. In 2019, Nathalie transitioned to Stats Perform, where they held multiple positions, including Base and Live Data Process Manager, Base & Event Data QMS Manager, and their current role as Global Base & Event Data Director.

Nathalie Kothai's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Dutch Law from the University of Groningen in 2008, as well as completing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree specializing in Criminal Law from the same university in 2010. In 2003, they also attended RSG de Borgen and obtained their VWO diploma. Additionally, Nathalie completed an Intensive Hungarian Language Course at Debreceni Nyári Egyetem in 2007 and briefly studied Law at Eötvös Loránd University in the same year. In 2022, they briefly attended Technological University Dublin.
