Evan Daily is an experienced professional in training, technical account management, and project coordination within the SaaS and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Training Lead at Status Solutions since September 2021, Evan previously held the position of Controls Service & Training Leader at Plug Smart, where responsibilities included overseeing customer service post-installation. With a solid background at InnSpire as a Technical Account Manager, Evan effectively managed customer relations for technical issues and collaborated with sales and development teams for successful deployments. At Exceptional Innovation, LLC, Evan served in various capacities, including Project Manager, Training Manager, and Trainer, focusing on product development, training delivery, and effective internal communications. Evan's technical journey began with Midwest Total Systems as a Senior Installer and included earlier roles as Director of Technical Services at Vineyard Church of Columbus and Media Content Creator at Horizons Companies.
