David Sebastian Schlepps

David Sebastian Schlepps has extensive work experience in the field of data science and education. David Sebastian started their career as an Intern at KfW Development Bank in 2012. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Test Administrator at the IEA Data Processing and Research Center. In 2015, they became a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at the German Institute for International Educational Research (DIPF), where they worked until 2017.

In 2017, David joined statworx as a Data Scientist and stayed with the company until 2018. David Sebastian then progressed to the role of Senior Data Scientist from 2019 to 2019. In 2020, they were promoted to the position of Data Science Manager and, most recently, became the Head of AI Academy in April 2021.

Overall, David Sebastian Schlepps has gained valuable experience in data science, education research, and management throughout their career.

David Sebastian Schlepps completed their Master of Arts (MA) in Education and Technology from UCL, from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Statistics from KU Leuven, from 2013 to 2014. In terms of additional certifications, they acquired a Dataiku DSS Certification from Dataiku in January 2018.
