Sameer Deshmukh CMA

Sameer Deshmukh CMA has had a varied and impressive career. Sameer began their career in 1999 as an Assistant Manager (Audit Administrator) at Christian Children's Fund, where they were responsible for internal audit of 102 NGOs, verifying audit reports and their compliance, ensuring all NGOS comply with all legal requirements and FCRA compliance, approving the 102 NGOS budget, and calling for weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements. In 2004, they joined Outsource Partners International as a Manager of Finance & Accounts, where they developed skills in client management, monitoring and reporting the SLA, organizing the Governance call on a monthly basis with stakeholders, communicating and resolving issues with client's vendors and customers, analyzing issues in depth, doing detailed RCA and taking the right decisions at the right point of time, and transitioning skills such as onsite training and understanding of clients business processes, preparing the Transition Plan for F&A processes, and identifying the Transition team members. In 2017, they joined Capgemini Technology India Pvt Ltd as an Operations Manager. Currently, they are a Group Manager at Stavtar Solutions since 2022.

Sameer Deshmukh CMA has an extensive education history. Sameer began their education in 1976, attending K V Halwara for LKG, UKG, and 1st standard. Sameer then moved to KV Manauri for 2nd and 3rd standard, KV Bamrauli for 5th standard, and KV ASC for 6th, 7th, and 8th standard. From 1987 to 1991, they attended St Josephs College Arts Science, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CBZ. Sameer then attended Newport University from 1995 to 1999, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General. In 1998, they earned a MCom in Business/Commerce, General from Manasgangotri. In 2015, they attended Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, obtaining a PGDBA in Finance, General. That same year, they also enrolled in Pondicherry University, earning an MBA in Finance, General in 2020. In 2016, they obtained an ACCA in Accounting and Finance from ACCA, as well as a CMA (US) Certified in Cost & Management Accountant from Institute of Management Accountants. Additionally, they hold a Certified Management Accountant from Certified Management Accountant: CMA\u00ae, obtained in August 2016, and a Six Sigma Green Belt from QAI.
