Victoria Scrase (Assoc CIPD)

Victoria Scrase (Assoc CIPD) currently serves as the Head of People Experience- Properties at Staycity Group since May 2023. Prior to this role, Victoria was the Head of People & Culture for The Hoxton from January 2022 to January 2023. Victoria's extensive experience in human resources includes positions as HR Manager and HR Executive at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants from August 2018 to December 2021, HR Advisor at Office Concierge from July 2016 to August 2018, and HR Assistant and HR Administrator at Harvey Nichols between August 2014 and July 2016. Victoria holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from the University of Birmingham.
