Emily Smith

Emily Smith is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in technical sales and front office operations. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Sales Engineer at Stayntouch since July 2022, Emily previously held significant roles at Marriott International, including Director of Front Office Operations and Business Processes for Loyalty, where key achievements included leading project teams for system optimizations and vendor assessments. Prior to that, Emily served as Director of Rooms at YOTEL, overseeing a major hotel renovation and brand transition, and has held various leadership positions at Aloft hotels and other Marriott properties. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University, completed in 2011.
