Amy Haymond

Amy Haymond is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer loyalty operations, currently serving as the Sr. Customer Loyalty Operations Manager at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates since November 2017. In this role, Amy has developed creative content for wine club communications, tailoring messages to fit various brand profiles. Prior to this, Amy gained valuable experience at UW Physicians as the Patient Accounts & Inquiry Manager and Supervisor, and at Premera Blue Cross as a Technical Support Specialist. Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Washington, concentrating on ecology and marine biology, following studies at Shoreline Community College.
