Justin Mark

Justin Mark is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Steadfast Group Limited since September 2013, where responsibilities include shaping and executing the People & Culture strategy to align HR practices with corporate objectives. Previously, Justin was the HR Director for the Asia-Pacific region at iSOFT (CSC Healthcare) from September 2010 to April 2013, focusing on regional HR strategy and leading organizational transitions. Other roles include Human Resources Director for Australia & New Zealand at iSOFT, Group Human Resources Manager at Healthcare Australia, Human Resources Manager for Australia & New Zealand at Flexigroup, and Executive Manager for Remuneration Policy at Commonwealth Bank. Justin holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from Deakin University and an Associate Diploma of Human Resources from TAFE NSW.
