Sharon Armstrong

Sharon Armstrong is a legal professional with extensive experience in commercial litigation and insurance law, currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at Steadfast Group Limited since May 2021. Prior roles include Special Counsel at Kennedys, where focus areas included insurance coverage and professional indemnity litigation, as well as positions at Holding Redlich and The Benevolent Society as Special Counsel and General Counsel, respectively. Sharon has held leadership roles as a Partner at Lander & Rogers and Senior Associate at Glover & Glover Lawyers. Education includes a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and Applied Risk Management from the Governance Institute of Australia and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney. Further training includes participation in the LEADR Sydney Mediation Workshop and an unrestricted practising certificate from FMRC/ College of Laws.
