Aaditya Agarwal

Aaditya Agarwal has worked for a variety of companies since 2011. Aaditya began their career as a Peer Mentor for Avanti Fellows in 2011, followed by a Research Aide for Office of Prof. Rajeev Gowda, MP, Rajya Sabha in 2014. In 2013, they served as a Teaching Assistant for Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. In 2015, they worked as an External Consultant and Teaching Assistant for Ashoka University. In 2019, they were a Summer Associate for Bain & Company and a Coordinator for Consult Club - IIM Ahmedabad. From 2020 to 2022, they were an Associate and Junior Associate for McKinsey & Company, and is currently an Investment Professional for Steadview Capital.

Aaditya Agarwal has an extensive education history. Aaditya attended Brightlands School in Dehradun from 2004 to 2008, where they completed their Class 10th. Aaditya then attended St.John's Secondary School in Kota, though no degree was obtained. In 2010, they began a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, which they completed in 2014. During this time, they also participated in an Exchange Program at Mines Douai in 2012. In 2014, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Liberal Arts and Leadership at the Young India Fellowship at Ashoka University. Most recently, they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2020.
