Violeta Filip has a varied work experience, beginning in 2014 at onefinestay as a Guest Services Executive. In 2015, they joined FlatClub as a Guest Sales Manager, Senior Marketplace Specialist, and Marketplace Specialist. In 2016, they moved to CommuterClub, where they held the roles of Head Of Customer Service, Operations Manager, and Corporate Account and Collection Manager. Currently, they are Head of CX at SteadyPay.
Violeta Filip attended Solent University from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a BA(Hons.) degree in Illustration.
