Faisal Alshamsan

Faisal Alshamsan is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Al-Faisaliah Group (JSC) since June 2015, overseeing full cycle recruitment across all levels, including executive positions. In addition to this role, Faisal has held the position of NRC Secretary at ALFA Company and Modern Electronics - MEC since April 2019, and previously at TIBBIYAH from April 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities included recording and reporting committee activities to the board of directors. Earlier experience includes working as a Recruitment Coordinator at Saudi Oger Ltd. in early 2015, focusing on various corporate and project-based hiring needs.
