Tuan Shiran Ossen is an experienced restaurant management professional with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Restaurant Manager at ALFA Company since August 2023, Tuan has previously held managerial positions such as Assistant Restaurant Manager at Janiya and Restaurant Manager at The Food Fund Co.
