Mor Glotter has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. They started their career as an Office Administrator at Swimboree, where they were responsible for enrollment, creating groups, and coordinating website projects.
After their military service, Mor joined the Israel Defense Forces and served for two years.
Following their military service, Mor entered the marketing field and joined L'Oréal as a Brand Manager for Maybelline New York. They played a key role in the relaunch of the brand in Israel, formulating a new business model and implementing a communication plan targeted at Millennials. Later, Mor took on the role of Brand and Category Manager for L'Oreal Paris, Elvive, where they successfully launched the "6 Extraordinary Oils" product and managed a cross-company project for the brand relaunch.
After their time at L'Oréal, Mor joined Seacret as the Global Marketing Director. They oversaw product launches, managed advertising and media campaigns, and led digital and social media marketing efforts.
Mor then founded and served as the CEO of DIT - Do It Together, a platform connecting SMBs with talents in the production industry. They made content production accessible to small businesses by leveraging their network of production professionals.
Next, Mor joined dRoute as the VP of Marketing and Strategy, where they streamlined business opportunities and led product and marketing activities. They managed a team of three and collaborated with various departments to develop go-to-market strategies.
Mor continued their career at StakerDAO as the VP of Marketing, building and leading the marketing team. They were responsible for brand strategy, go-to-market approaches, and managing marketing automation strategies to drive email and social media funnels. Additionally, Mor played a key role in establishing StakerDAO's online communities and growing their presence across multiple platforms.
Most recently, Mor joined Quantum Art as the Marketing Lead, overseeing the development and execution of marketing strategies. They built and led a marketing department, focusing on analysis, positioning, branding, go-to-market plans, and product marketing. Mor achieved significant social media growth and engagement, and their sales collection continued to grow steadily.
Mor Glotter's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Tel Aviv University, with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies, which was completed from 2015 to 2017. In 2012, Mor attended Emory University - Goizueta Business School as an exchange student, studying Marketing during the fall semester. Prior to that, Mor earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Reichman University, graduating between 2011 and 2013. During the same year, Mor completed an internship at "The Global Village for Future Leaders of Business and Industry" at Lehigh University, specializing in Entrepreneurship and Leadership.
Mor Glotter also holds additional certifications, including "Blockchain Technologies: Business Innovation and Application" from MIT Sloan School of Management, obtained in May 2019. In March 2015, Mor obtained a Certificate of Accomplishment for the "Public Speaking MOOC - Join the Talk & Spread the Word" from iversity GmbH. In August 2017, Mor received a certification for "Google Analytics for Beginners" from Google. Additionally, Mor completed a "Category management workshop" at Nielsen in February 2014.
