Melanie Gonzalez is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and advisory roles, currently serving as an Advisor and Investor at a Stealth AI Startup since September 2023. As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Uber since March 2019, Melanie manages recruitment efforts for Uber Mexico. Melanie also contributes as an Investor and Talent Advisor for early-stage startups, and is a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council. Previously, roles included Talent Advisor at the Techstars Los Angeles Accelerator and a Recruiter at Microsoft, where Melanie managed technical university recruitment and an internship program for software engineers.
