Frances Higgins

Frances Higgins has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at STEALTH - International Intelligence Security Service Inc. since September 2016, managing global recruitment and HR activities across the US, Europe, and the Middle East. Frances also holds the position of HR Manager at SISS Consulting Inc., a role maintained since January 2013, which is part of the Stealth - ISS Group Inc. Previous roles include HR Manager at Global-DTC from December 2014 to September 2016, and HR Manager at STEALTH from April 2004 to March 2009. Additionally, Frances worked as an Independent Recruiter specializing in IT consultants from April 2008 to January 2013, serving clients in finance, oil and gas, and telecom/technology sectors. Education was obtained at Jefferson Central High School in New York between 1995 and 1999.
