Kylene Flechsig

Kylene Flechsig, CDSP, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Stealth Partner Group, an Amwins Company, since June 2024. Prior to this role, Kylene held multiple positions at Women Impact Tech from January 2020 to June 2024, including Director of Event Operations, overseeing event operations and management, and Senior Technical Recruiter, focusing on fostering a community designed to support and empower women in technology. Kylene's earlier experience includes various positions at Renaissance Personnel Group from April 2016 to December 2019, as well as a role in investigations at Uber from 2015 to April 2016. Kylene began a career in regional marketing at AFC Physical Medicine & Chiropractic Centers from 2012 to 2014. Kylene earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health Policy & Administration from Arizona State University.
