Arun Gupta

Arun Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. ARUN started their career at Vickers Sperry of India Ltd, a multinational company, where they worked as a Senior Project Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for industrial engineering tasks such as time and motion study, capacity utilization, and planning of capital expenditure.

After working at Vickers Sperry for nearly 10 years, Arun joined Lloyd Steel Ltd - Commet/Sipta Coated Steels Ltd as an Assistant General Manager.

In 1994, they moved on to JSW Steel Ltd & JISCO, where they took on the role of Divisional Head - Materials Management, serving as a Deputy General Manager.

Later in their career, they worked as a Management Consultant, Govt. Registered Valuer, Surveyor, and Loss Assessor, serving in a consultancy role for various organizations.

Finally, Arun joined Steamline Industries Ltd, where they served as the President. As the Profit Center Head, they were responsible for overseeing all function areas, including SIL Logistics, a leading logistics and transporter service provider with 22 branches across India.

Overall, Arun brings a wealth of experience to any organization, with expertise in industrial engineering, materials management, and consultancy.

Arun Gupta pursued their undergraduate studies from 1964 to 1966 at the University of Lucknow, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.SC) degree in the field of Science. Following this, from 1967 to 1971, they attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, where they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Metallurgical Engineering.
