Harish Sahu

Harish Sahu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in maintenance and engineering within the steel and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Steel Authority of India Limited since June 2011, Harish is responsible for the maintenance of the Continuous Casting Shop of SMS-2, overseeing utility lines and online gas cutting machines. Prior roles include Deputy Manager and Manager in Central Heavy Maintenance, with significant involvement in capital repairs and major shutdown jobs at Bhilai Steel Plant. Earlier experiences include a position as an Assistant Manager at Tata Motors, focusing on sourcing and development of components, and a brief role as an Engineer Trainee at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited in materials management. Harish holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
