Joe Brophy

Joe Brophy is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and engineering roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Product Engineer at Steelcase since January 2024, Joe has previously held positions such as Product Development Engineer at DISHER and Senior Principal Engineer at Synergy Product Development. Joe's career began at 3M as a Product Design Engineer, followed by a role as Senior Project Engineer at Hasbro, culminating in prominent engineering roles over a span of more than three decades. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
