Jay Bailey

Jay Bailey is the current CEO at SteelCo Buildings, and previously served as Plant Manager at Shiloh Industries from January 2014 to August 2015. Shiloh Industries is dedicated to delivering lightweighting, noise and vibration solutions to automotive, commercial vehicle and other industrial markets.

Under Jay's leadership, Shiloh successfully balanced the need to reduce cost, weight and part complexity with the need to enhance performance, safety and fuel efficiency. Shiloh's vertically integrated structure enhances the effectiveness of our advanced capabilities and allows our experts to take an objective look at all lightweighting options, from materials to processes, and determine which path provides the most effective, cost-efficient solution for you.

Jay Bailey has a MBA in Finance from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management from The University of Georgia. Jay also has certification from OSHA in OSHA 30 and certification from Covington/Newton County Chamber of Commerce in Newton County Leadership.
