Kathy Smith

Kathy Smith currently serves as the Talent and Development Manager at Arrow Machine And Fabrication Group and simultaneously holds the position of Talent and Development Specialist at Steelcraft Inc., a division of Arrow Machine since November 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Training and Recruitment Coordinator at Magna International's Presstran Industries from December 2017 to August 2021. Kathy also worked at Fanshawe College from August 2015 to December 2017 as an Employment Counsellor and Facilitator, where course content for a customer service program was researched and designed. Earlier, Kathy spent nearly two decades at TD, most recently as a Coaching Effectiveness Manager, focusing on enhancing managerial coaching capabilities to drive business results.
