Jesse Klema

Jesse Klema is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in manufacturing and production planning. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Steele Solutions, Inc since November 2020, Jesse previously held the position of Director of Operations at Stainless Foundry & Engineering, Inc from April 2018 to November 2020. Jesse's career includes significant roles at Perlick Corporation from December 2015 to April 2018, where responsibilities encompassed Manager of Production Planning and ERP Implementation Core Team Member as well as Manufacturing Manager. Prior experience at Joy Global Inc. from January 2005 to December 2015 included multiple positions such as Manager of Production Planning, Project Manager, Production Supervisor and Cell Planner, Production Planner, and Materials Analyst. Educationally, Jesse holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
