Lars Stoltze

Lars Stoltze is the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at SteelSeries. Lars is also a Partner at Mazanti-Andersen, specializing in M&A transactions. In addition, Lars serves as the Chairman of the Board for multiple companies including Solum A/S, Bio Vækst A/S, Aikan A/S, aqoola, and Publikum Kommunikation A/S. Lars is also a Board Member for Strategic Investments A/S and StatuManu ICP ApS. Lars previously worked as the Chairman of the Board at Scanbox Entertainment Group. Lars holds a degree in Law and Business Law from Københavns Universitet, an LL.M in Law from King's College London, and has completed courses in Chinese Business Law at The University of Hong Kong.
