Ben Crawford LLB Assoc CIPD is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various human resource roles. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Steer Automotive Group since September 2022, Ben is responsible for HR operations across 12 sites in the East Midlands for one of Britain's fastest-growing companies. Previously, Ben spent over 11 years at Stallard Kane, initially as an HR Advisor and progressing to Group Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included developing and implementing comprehensive people strategies and mentoring HR staff.
