Colin Ranson

Colin Ranson is a seasoned automotive professional with extensive experience in operations and aftersales management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Steer Automotive Group since April 2023, Colin has previously held significant roles including Divisional Aftersales Director at Vertu Motors plc from August 2021 to April 2023 and Aftersales Development Leader at Pendragon PLC from August 2020 to August 2021. Colin's career began with a strong foundation at Bickets Motor Group as an Apprentice Technician, followed by various leadership roles in service and aftersales departments across multiple dealerships, notably within the Jaguar, Land Rover, and Mercedes-Benz franchises. Colin's educational background includes an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Technologies from Kilmarnock College.
