Isla McIntosh has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations across various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources professional at Steer Automotive Group since October 2023, Isla previously held roles at Raytheon UK, focusing on Employee Relations and HR from August 2022 to August 2023. Prior to this, Isla worked as a Business HR Adviser at Business Gateway Tayside and spent over two decades at Tesco Stores Ltd as a People Partner in Convenience. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Finance Manager at Aviva. Isla holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Business Administration and Management from Edinburgh Napier University.
