James Collyer

James Collyer has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Prestige Division Manufacturer Compliance Manager and General Manager at Steer Automotive Group since February 2022. In this role, James oversees the day-to-day operations and strategic development of a prestigious accident repair bodyshop affiliated with renowned vehicle manufacturers such as Porsche, McLaren, Lotus, Jaguar, Land Rover, and Tesla. Prior to this, James held the position of General Manager at R&R Autos Bodyshop Ltd from October 2017 to February 2022 and at Autotech Group from April 2009 to October 2017. Earlier in their career, James served as Production Manager at Autodex Accident Repair Centre and Vines Group, where responsibilities included managing production processes. James holds a BTECH National Diploma in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician from Guildford College of Further & Higher Education, obtained between 1992 and 1994.
