Ed’s five years at Steer have been split between the Sports & Major Events and Sustainability teams. He is an expert in long-term strategy in the context of the climate crisis and is one of the leading sports and major events experts. Across both disciplines, he is an exceptional stakeholder manager, building consensus between groups with differing aims.

Ed is an expert in a long-term strategy for local authorities, having written several transport strategies and evidence for local plans in the context of the climate crisis. He is also a sports and events specialist, having been responsible for coordinating London’s transport during EURO 2020 and leading the work at Wembley Stadium since 2018.
