Herbert Higginbotham

Herbert Higginbotham has over 20 years of experience in transportation consulting and management. Herbert is currently serving as the Growth & Transformation Director and Southern California Lead at Steer, where they oversee the growth and transformation of the company across North America. Prior to this, Herbert was a Vice President at Cambridge Systematics, Inc., where they led the vision and strategy for the transit and shared mobility community. Herbert also held the role of National Director, Transit & Shared Mobility at the same company. Herbert's earlier experience includes roles as Regional Transportation Lead at Accenture, Associate at Connetics Transportation Group, Associate at Manuel Padron & Associates, and Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff. Throughout their career, Herbert has been involved in various aspects of transportation planning, advisory, project delivery, and business development.

Herbert Higginbotham obtained a BS in Chemical Engineering and a BA in Theatre Arts from Virginia Tech, where they studied from 1993 to 1998.
