Samy Farza

Samy FARZA has extensive experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on infrastructure and storage management. Samy began their career as an IT Specialist at Euroconsulting srl, providing technical support and solving general issues for public institutions. Samy then served as an IT Project Manager at SC THINK NOVO SRL, overseeing project planning, management, and financial control.

After that, Samy joined Stefanini EMEA as a Senior IT Technician, where they provided technical support, troubleshooted software and hardware problems, and managed user accounts. Samy then worked at NEURONES (HELPLINE ROUMANIE) as a Level 2 support IT Lead before joining Atos as a SharePoint and SQL service manager, where they managed the design and operation of the storage platform and implemented cost reduction and performance improvement strategies.

Samy then transitioned to Microsoft as an EMEA Storage and high availability IT consultant, collaborating with customers on storage and clustering infrastructures, providing consultancy and conducting assessments. Samy later returned to Atos as a Global IT Platform Specialist, focusing on storage, backup, and data center infrastructure, and implemented cost reduction and reliability improvements.

Most recently, Samy joined Stefanini Group as the Head of Hybrid Cloud and Infrastructure Services. In this role, they oversee the management and implementation of hybrid cloud solutions and infrastructure services. Throughout their career, Samy has consistently demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure management, strategic planning, and delivering high-quality services.

Samy Farza received a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Informatics Sciences from Universitate Tibiscus Timisoara in 2010. In 2021, they completed a program at Atos Talent Academy, achieving a GOLD for technology leaders in the field of Sciences informatiques et de l'information et services apparentés. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, such as Red Hat System Administration 1, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Core Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013, Microsoft Certified Professional, and ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
