Sam Eaddy has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Sam started their career as a Shift Department Manager at Wellman Industries, where they supervised the production and product development of recycled staple fiber. Sam then served as an Operations Manager at Martin Color-fi and Ten Cate, overseeing plant operations. Sam later took on the role of US Operations Manager at Bauer Industries, where they had total control over the US manufacturing operations. Sam then worked as a Plant Manager at Carolina Non-Wovens before joining Stein Fibers as a Corporate Quality Engineer, where they managed the Quality system and fiber testing laboratory. Sam later became the Director of Process Improvement and Quality Assurance at Dalco Non-Wovens. Sam then served as the Filtex Plant Manager at Aquafil O'Mara before returning to Stein Fibers as the Corporate Director of Quality and R&D. Throughout their career, Sam has gained experience in various aspects of operations management, including maintenance, R&D, new product development, customer technical support, project management, and process improvement.
Sam Eaddy graduated from the University of South Carolina- Coastal Carolina in 1983. Sam obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Statistics and Business Policy.
