Cal Jackson is a Group HR Director with extensive experience in HR strategy, performance management, disciplinary/grievance issues, employee engagement, recruitment & retention, change management, appraisals, inductions, training & development. Cal has worked at Stein IAS since August 1985 and currently holds the same position at The Gate Worldwide since February 2013.
