Michael Otto

Michael Otto has extensive experience in business development and sales within the law enforcement sector, currently serving as the Business Development/National Sales Manager at Steiner Optics since June 2021 and at Burris Company, Inc. since January 2024. Additionally, Michael is a Reserve Deputy for Weld County Government and has owned FULL OTTO TACTICAL since February 2017. A certified Glock Armorer since October 2016, Michael also held the position of Police Officer for the City of Greeley from 2014 to 2021. Michael's earlier experience includes managing inmate operations at Larimer County Jail and facilitating jail reentry programs. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Colorado State University and has completed the Colorado P.O.S.T. Certification through the Weld County Law Enforcement Training Academy.
