Katie Kiely, BA, CHRP has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Katie began their career at ArcelorMittal Dofasco in 2015 as an HRIS Analyst and continued in this role until 2017. In 2017, they joined Alectra as an HRIS Analyst for one year. In 2018, Katie moved on to work at STELCO - The Steel Company of Canada, where they first held the position of HRIS & Compensation Specialist until 2021. Currently, they serve as the Supervisor of HR Support Services at STELCO.
