Katie Kiely, BA, CHRP has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Katie began their career at ArcelorMittal Dofasco in 2015 as an HRIS Analyst and continued in this role until 2017. In 2017, they joined Alectra as an HRIS Analyst for one year. In 2018, Katie moved on to work at STELCO - The Steel Company of Canada, where they first held the position of HRIS & Compensation Specialist until 2021. Currently, they serve as the Supervisor of HR Support Services at STELCO.

Katie Kiely, BA, CHRP, has a diverse education history. Katie attended McMaster University from 2010 to 2014 where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) degree in Psychology. During their time at McMaster University, from 2011 to 2013, Katie also obtained a Certificate in Business Studies.

In 2014, they furthered their education at Mohawk College where they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management. Katie successfully completed the program in 2015, gaining valuable knowledge and skills in the field of business.

Katie's educational background in psychology, business studies, and human resources management provides a strong foundation for their current role as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
