Roland Matte

Roland Matte began their work experience in 1995 at Resolute Forest Products, where they served as a Laboratory Technician until 1998 and then as a Fire warden until 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as an Industrial Fire Chief at Resolute Forest Products. Roland then joined Ontario Power Generation in 2012 as a Thermal Operating Technician until 2014. In the same year, they also held the position of Assistant Shift Operating Engineer at United States Steel Corporation and Assistant shift engineer at STELCO - The Steel Company of Canada.

Roland Matte attended Confederation College from 2010 to 2012, where they studied Power Engineering.
