Al Blease

Al Blease is an accomplished strategic business leader with extensive experience in operational management and finance. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President at Stella Environmental Services LLC since 2019, Al previously held the position of Region Vice President at WCA Waste from June 2017 to March 2019. Al's earlier experience includes a tenure at Republic Services as Director of Operations, overseeing markets in North, Central, and South Texas, and implementing practices that resulted in significant cost savings. Al also served as Director of Operations Support for Hauling at Republic Services and held management roles at Coach USA and Telpro Enterprises, LLC, focusing on finance and business development. Education includes an MBA in Finance from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from Florida International University.
