Brandon Rogers

Brandon Rogers currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Stella Environmental Services LLC since September 2023. Previously, Brandon held various leadership roles at Republic Services from January 2008 to May 2023, including General Manager with full P&L responsibility for multiple hauling companies, landfills, and transfer stations, managing a workforce of up to 200 employees and annual revenues exceeding $112M. Roles also included Director of Operations Support, overseeing compliance and operational effectiveness for a large portfolio that encompassed thirty-two landfills and over 4,000 employees, as well as several other General Manager positions with responsibilities for significant revenue and operational management. Earlier career experience includes roles at CenturyLink and Allied Waste. Brandon earned an MBA in Business Administration from Northwest Missouri State University and a BS in Marketing from the same institution.
