James Kenner

James Kenner is the VP, Risk Management and General Counsel, U.S. Operations at Stella-Jones. Prior to joining Stella-Jones, Kenner was the Vice President & General Counsel at Tangent Rail Corporation from October 2005 to April 2010. Before that, they served as the Assistant General Counsel at RailWorks Corporation from December 1998 to October 2005.

James Kenner received their J.D. from Washburn University School of Law and their Bachelor of Arts in James'story/Political Science from Bethany College.
