Karen Laflamme FCPA, ASC is a seasoned professional with a strong background in finance and management. Karen currently serves as Corporate Director at Stella Jones and has held similar positions at Uni-Select inc., Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust, and Ivanhoé Cambridge. With a wealth of experience in executive roles, Karen has managed finance teams, overseen investor relations, internal audit, and strategic initiatives. Karen has also served as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Otera Capital and held senior leadership positions at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. Karen holds a B.A.A in Public Accounting from HEC Montréal and has a College diploma in Pure and Applied Science from Collège Bois-de-Boulogne.
