EVP, Strategic Growth & Innovation at Stella Rising

Marjorie Powers has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as Marketing Associate at The New Republic in 2005. Marjorie then moved to Turner Broadcasting in 2006, where they worked as a Digital & Broadcast Media Planner. In 2012, they began working at Time Inc. -- People.com as a Digital Account Director. In 2013, they moved to Stitcher as VP Strategy & Sales. In 2014, they began working at Stella Rising, where they held the roles of EVP, Strategic Growth & Innovation, SVP, CPG, and Director of Client Solutions. In 2019, they started teaching Marketing Strategy at Harvard Extension School.

Marjorie Powers has a diverse educational background. In 2018, they attended the Harvard Extension School to study Marketing Strategy. From 2001 to 2005, they attended Fairfield University, where they obtained a B.A in Communication. Prior to that, they attended Fox Lane High School. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: Prof G Brand Strategy from Section4 in October 2020 and Trading Academy Certified – Practitioner from The Trade Desk in August 2018.
