Eric Agrusa has a diverse background in IT management, cybersecurity, and academia. Eric is currently serving as the Director of Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure at Stellant Systems, where they are responsible for leading the IT team through separation activities and building a new IT network and server infrastructure. Prior to this, they worked at the Automobile Club of Southern California, The Walt Disney Company, and The Boeing Company in various IT management and network infrastructure roles. Eric has also worked as an adjunct professor at Woodbury University and the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Eric served as the Chief of Staff for the Division Commander at the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary.
Eric Agrusa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Eric then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Pepperdine University from 2002 to 2004. Later, Eric completed their education by obtaining a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Southern California, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
